I moved to Bradenton over a decade ago and never looked back. This city has a way of pulling you in — the people, the pace, the Gulf Coast lifestyle, the sense that you actually know your neighbors. I built my life here, and helping other people build a life here has become one of the parts of this work I enjoy most.

A Military Background That Shaped How I Work

I'm an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran. I came home, transitioned into civilian life, and eventually found my way into real estate. The military shaped how I communicate, follow through, and show up for people — but what really drives me is the relationship side of this work. People trust me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I don't take that lightly.

Beyond real estate, I serve as Commander of VFW Post 10141 in Bradenton and remain active with the Honor Guard. Community service isn't separate from my work — it's part of who I am. I show up for the people of Bradenton because this is home.

Military Relocation & VA Loans on the Gulf Coast

A meaningful part of my work involves helping veterans, active military families, and people relocating to Southwest Florida — particularly those using VA loan benefits.

I'm a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certified through the National Association of Realtors®. The certification involves training specifically focused on the unique needs of military families navigating PCS moves, VA loan processes, and the realities of relocating to a new region. My own military background gives me additional context for what families are actually going through during a move.

MacDill Air Force Base is about 45 minutes north of Bradenton, so PCS moves to MacDill often look at the Bradenton area as a quality-of-life alternative to the immediate Tampa area. If you're a veteran or military family thinking about a move to the Gulf Coast, I'd be honored to help.
